FyrEye 4200 systems inspect packaged liquid products such as soft drinks, beer, wine, beverages, chemicals, paint, stains, coatings, cleaning products, remodeling, maintenance & construction supplies, liquid pharmaceuticals, medicines, liquid food products, cleaners, waxes, solvents, household products, fuels, glue & adhesives for the following:

The FyrEye-4200 is a family of systems, customized to your application and requirements. The FyrEye-4200-02 is an example. It inspects 750 ml bottles of wine for:

  • proper main and neck labels
  • complete and straight label application
  • proper, fully seated cap
  • proper fill level.

Your particular model will be from the same family, but will have different variations in equipment and capabilities from what is listed below:

  • Style 20 NEMA 4X Stainless Steel CVP (Central Vision Processor) enclosure with vortex cooling.
  • Fulfills application and performance specification # VAS-4200-02 (copy available). Each application will have its own VAS (Vision Application Spec Sheet).
