Circuit Board Component Assembly Inspection Systems

The FyrEye-4003 family inspects assembled circuit boards.

The FyrEye-4003 family inspects assembled circuit boards to assure that the correct components are in the correct locations. Other families such as the FyrEye-4001 and FyrEye 4002 inspect individual components, and solder coverage and geometry. The FyrEye 4003 offers benefits of reduced cost with 24/7 operation. The FyrEye-4003 family also reduces the instance of defective products slipping through human inspection, which can happen on high speed production lines. Example inspection functions include:

Circuit Board Component Assembly Inspection Systems
  • Presence and correctness of all components
  • Quality of soldering
  • Component mounting polarity
  • Completeness and correctness of mask
  • Proper component positioning and orientation/straightness.
  • Color codes and labelling

The FyrEye-4003 is a family of systems, customized to your application and requirements. Your particular model will be from the same family, but will have different variations in equipment and capabilities. The FyrEye-4003-02 is an example, it includes:

Circuit Board Component Assembly Inspection Systems
