The FyrEye-5600 system will inspect for defects in:

  • Threads
  • Seal inserts
  • Perforations
  • Molding defects
  • Dimensional attributes

The FyrEye-5600 is a family of systems, customized to your application and requirements. The FyrEye-5600-02 is an example, it inspects for the presence of threads, perforation, and seal insert on caps for 20 oz bottles. Your particular model will be from the same family, but will have different variations in equipment and capabilities from what is listed before:

  • Inspection of 2 surfaces for chips, gouges, cuts, holes and other geometric defects and deformities.
  • Style 20 NEMA 4X Stainless Steel CVP (Central Vision Processor) enclosure with vortex cooling.
  • Engineered lighting specialized for solution performance.
  • Fulfills application and performance specification # VAS-5600-02 (copy available). Each application will have its own VAS (Vision Application Spec Sheet).
  • Spreadsheet storage of numerical results.
  • 8 discrete inputs.
  • 8 discrete outputs.
