FSI Technologies
Inc. formally known as FSI / Fork Standards, Inc. was founded in 1959 as a manufacturer of precision time and frequency
standards for military applications. We then shifted our focus to factory
automation products and services in the following four areas:

Automatic Inspection

Rotary Incremental
Encoders

Specialized OEM
photoelectric sensors

Counter-based
products which provide display and control of motion related variables such
as velocity, distance, position, length, rate, and RPM.
In 1996 we created FSI
Machine Vision, a division of FSI Technologies Inc.
Our factory and
headquarters is located in Lombard, Illinois, a western suburb of Chicago.
We market and support
our products through our extensive network or distributors, representatives, and
solution providers.
FSI is particularly
known for our engineering expertise with complex products and systems, and our
ability to manufacture and support products for demanding industrial
environments and applications.
