Ultra tough and watertight tubular florescent light sources, plus a wide range of permanent and temporary mounting hardware. Most are high frequency for machine vision applications.

Our CFT tubular florescent light sources, are ultra tough and ultra watertight, rated NEMA 4 and NEMA 4X. They have also passed submergence tests but we to not rate them for submerged applications. High frequency versions for machine vision applications are noted. Each is enclosed in a clear polycarbonate or Lexan polycarbonate tube. Tube diameters are standardized at 1 3/4" so that all CFT mounting systems will fit all CFT lights. (the ends are slightly larger, approximately 2 1/8" diameter.)

Each CFT series light mount includes a grip / clamp for fastening it to the lights, plus one of three methods (bolt-on bracket, 80# magnetic mount or hand clamp mount) to fasten it to the machine. Certain mounts include a flexible gooseneck extension between these two items. Two mounts per light are recommended. We also offer extensions for these goosenecks and a magnetically mounted cable clamp which matches (has the same dimensions and appearance as) our magnetic light mounts.
